On Sunday my team the Arizona Cards plays in their biggest game of the franchises history, well they did win one championship in the 1947 season and made the final game in 1948, so I guess this is the biggest game in recent memory. Up until now the biggest game I remember was the playoff victory over the hated Dallas Cowboys in 1998. I can not wait for the Super Bowl and lets hope the Cards can pull out this huge game, it will be very exciting, the frst time in many years I am not watching the game to see the new ads and not the game.

I hate winter, I can not stand the cold weather any more I guess I am getting to old to deal with it anymore. I want to be able to go to the beach everyday and get a nice tan. That and being able to let my dogs run around outside the year round is very important to me. Some days they can barely go out side to use the restroom it is so dam cold. I will be saving up any extra money I can find this year so next winter we can be in a much warmer place.

This month the reign of terror of George W Bush comes to an end. It has been a very long 8 years and let us hope that the President keeps his word and things do really get better for us little people very soon. I know for us it has been ok till this last year when the bottom fell out of the stock market. Now all of our 401K’s are almost gone, all the cash we has put away to help us start a small business when we retire is gone and on top of that our delivery business is struggling just to meet payroll let alone give us any money. It has been very tough and I am not sure that it is going to get any better, but we can hope.

Last night was the coldest night in six years, we got down to 2 degrees here in Nashville and it was under 0 in several spots around this area. I have been cold for three days and I do not see an end in sight it will be down in the single digits tonight too and what makes it even worse I have to go in to work tonight and I am not sure I am ready to freeze my butt off delivering papers tonight. How much longer is it until spring?
